Hesselbein Forum Leadership Program in International Affairs:

  • Hesselbein Forum director Santucci designed and directs one of the Forum’s flagship programs, the Leadership Program in International Affairs, which empowers students with the skills they need to be effective leaders throughout their careers in international affairs—whether as diplomats, intelligence and security officials, development professionals, or in the private sector—and to deal effectively with leaders from around the world.

Hesselbein Executive Coach Program:

  • Brigette M. Bethea, Owner and Lead Strategist of ULEAD, a training and development firm, whose career has spanned the intelligence, defense, public education, and nonprofit sector, has been named the Frances Hesselbein Leadership Forum’s first virtual Executive Coach in the University of Pittsburgh’s Graduate School of Public and International Affairs (GSPIA). As Executive Coach, Ms. Bethea will support GSPIA students, faculty, and staff through leadership development workshops, one-on-one mentoring and coaching, network building, and class visits beginning this month, through the 2021 spring semester.
